Complaints and Concerns
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Lauraready Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Lauraready Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we matched you with behaved
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Lauraready Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@lauraready.living and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to review the matter again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
