Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lauraready Walk-In Tubs wants lauraready.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our practices include efforts to:
- Use clear headings in a logical reading order
- Describe meaningful images with text
- Keep type large and color contrast strong
- Make each page usable by keyboard alone
- Shape pages to read well on phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Still Fall Short
Some areas of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lauraready.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gives you trouble. Email contact@lauraready.living and mention:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
Reach a local provider
